Any customer wishing to make a return or exchange is responsible for shipping the product back to Feeling Swell.
Upon receipt of the returned package, Feeling Swell will issue the appropriate return or exchange.
All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged.
To return or exchange:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and intended exchange.
We will reply on how to ship the products back to us.
Feeling Swell will ship out the updated products or issue the proper refund amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
*Customers returning or exchanging an item are responsible for providing a tracking number on returned packages.
If you receive a damaged item please let us know.
Customers are responsible for entering a secure shipping address when ordering.
A package shipped to the exact address entered upon ordering is not eligible for a refund if it was not received.
Only items purchased through our online store may be returned and exchanged.
Any products purchased from a partner retail location are held to policies at said establishment.
Any products purchased at local events are not eligible for refund.
