Returns & Exchanges

Basic Info

Any customer wishing to make a return or exchange is responsible for shipping the product back to Feeling Swell. 

Upon receipt of the returned package, Feeling Swell will issue the appropriate return or exchange.

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged.

*Customers returning or exchanging an item are responsible for costs related to shipping products back to Feeling Swell.

*Customers returning or exchanging an item are responsible for providing a tracking number on returned packages.




-A package is only eligible for a return or exchange within exactly 30 days of purchase date. 

-If you receive a damaged item please let us know through email.

-Customers are responsible for entering a secure shipping address when ordering. 

-A package shipped to the exact address entered upon ordering is not eligible for a refund if it was not received.

-Only items purchased through our online store may be returned and exchanged. 

-Any products purchased from a partner retail location are held to policies at respective establishment. 

-Any products purchased at local events are not eligible for refund.
